Hi everyone,
My name is Mina Miryanova-Soltren,
and I'm so glad to be a part of this forum. 
I originally come from Bulgaria, Eastern
Europe and have been in the art field
for years. Because of the differences in the educational system over
there, High School allowed me to major and get a professional training
in fine arts. Being preschool prepared with private art lessons
definitely helped of course. I came to America to expand my knowledge
and imaginative process and ended up in getting a BFA (Illustration
major) at Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota Florida. Ever since I've been able to explore my style and discover new
techniques.
I've done numerous commissions for art collectors in
America, Bulgaria, South Korea, Costa Rica, etc and I have been
building a group of pieces which I've been preparing for gallery
exhibitions. .
Now, I'm just thirsty for more information on events, competitions, shows, or any kind of good advice on how an artist can network, etc
