Hi from PA,

I don't have any style, just a mish-mash of paint. I did one of a sunset that shows wild horses running in front of the setting sun. The horses are silhouetted against the blazing sky. My neighbors like sunsets and horses, so I quietly framed it and put it on their porch (16x20).  I didn't expect any money, just smiling faces. They both were very suprised, and it is now proudly hung on their wall in the living room. That's the biggest compliment for me. Wish I knew how to post it here, the mind of a woman with MS struggles every day to get even the small details in the correct order.

Hi Joyce

It's quite easy to post your paintings on this site.

Use the same Reply Box as you use to send a message

At the bottom you will see the empty lines with Browse at the end

Click Browse and that should take you to your picture album

Choose the pic. you want to post and click Open

That should bring your pic. into the New Topic page

Then just click Submit, and that should do it

Good Luck

All the best to you

Della

BTW I checked your Painting on your profile page and it is lovely , I can see why your neighbors loved it. I too am fascinated by sunsets.

Here are some of the sunset/horses I have done. I don't opt for the detail, just a sillouette. I have also done birds, cats, tigers, wolves and even a garden setting in an old foundation. I even tried to post one of an eagle, but it wouldn't go through.

The first painting of the horse on a dark background is done in Acrylic on a 11x14 canvas board.

The second one is of a sillouetted rearing horse done in Acrylic on a 9x12 canvas board. It looks a bit blurry, so much for steady hands on a camera.

Thank you Della for your help. I still struggle with the outcome of what I do here and what I paint. I think I need a tripod for my camera just so I can stop the wiggly/blurry photos.

This one is Acrylic on an 8x10 stretched canvas. It is my own rendition taken from a photo. I thought the colors were striking in contrast.

Hi Joyce!
Well, I think you've got some nice work here....nice use of color!
I respect what you've done on these especially considering your issue with MS. Keep up the great work.
I'm hoping to see more postings of your work as you do it!
A tirpod is an excellent idea. I have trouble with camera shake and it helps alot to use a tripod.

Jigglyjoy - well done. Great use of colour on the trees. Your horse sillouettes are well done. Keep up the good work.
