Here are a couple of new paintings I recently completed:
One is of a house I drive by often on Stafford Road in Tualatin, Oregon.
The other is of the Oregon City Bridge.
Comments are always welcome!
Thanks! Tracy |

Thanks soo much for the positive feedback!
It is beautiful here and the sun is shining today....sometimes I have to invent it! That's the great Pacific Northwest!

WOW. these are great. I know what you means about having to invent the sunshine here in the pacific Northwest after all if you can see mt. hood it's going to rain, and if you can't it's already raining I think it just makes us appreciate the sunshine all the more. Love the light and glow in your work, and everything else too. they're awesome. |

| Thanks Dawna! I love the line about Mt. Hood! Yes, you do appreciate the sunshine much more and all that rain makes the area that much more beautiful when the sun does choose to grace us with it's presence! |

Hi Gene, Thanks for your comment! To answer your question, I use mostly Holbein watercolors, some winsor and newton, a few colors from daniel smith, I also have a few maimeriblu, I use the permanent green yellowish a lot! Daniel Smith burnt orange- I love this color and I have not seen it anywhere else, Mixed with purple it makes a really rich brown. I used that mix for the rock on the left in the bridge painting with a little quinacradone gold added in at the top. Now you are going to have to go shopping Huh?! Tracy
