Subject: Are your forum subscriptions working?

Forum subscriptions give you notice when someone replies to your thread. (Read more about them by clicking here.)

I've heard from a couple of you that you're not receiving your subscriptions anymore, and I'm trying to find out how widespread this problem may be. If you previously recieved subscriptions and then stopped getting them, please email me at artistsnetwork@fwpubs.com. You can help me get to the bottom of the problem if you'll also answer a few of questions:

1. Approximatley how long have you had this problem?

2. What browser do you use?

3. Do you use AOL or AOL instant messageing?

Also, if you had a subscription problem and were able to take care of it, please let me know what you did to correct the problem.

Thanks for your help and patience--I want everyone to be able to fully participate on the forum.
