This is a pen&ink picture I made of my daughter. Sorry if it's a little fuzzy. The tiny dots don't transfer onto film very well. Any suggestions on how to fix that would be great. Crits and comments welcome. :0)

This was worth the wait! Really beautiful! I think it photographed very well. It would look better if photographed straight on, as it is the bottom is a little distorted making her bottom arm look too big. Is this pencil or ink? Lovely values, the folds in the clothing are right on. Truly a work of love and patience. Send more I want to see them. |

Thanks everyone! Heather, this was done in ink. The hair, eyebrows and eyelashes were done in line while the rest was built up with millions of tiny dots. Took about 3 months to complete. I'm hoping to frame it and give it to my daughter when she gets older. Thanks again for your help.....so glad I could finally post something! :0)

Well if you ask my family, I'm sure that they wouldn't say that "patience" is my STRONGEST virtue But I'll spend as much time as I have to on a project to make sure that it comes out the way I want it.
