Jeremy, Your work is very good. May I ask what range of leads did you use, and any charcoal? |

Jeremy, This is beautifully rendered. You have used the full range of values, the portrait is solid and in proportion. This is an excellent example of crosshatching and allowing you strokes to be visible. Well done! |

Jeremy,
I really like this one alot. I especially like portraits with character; this one has lots of that. I also agree with everyone else, you have good tonal range.
Looking forward in seeing more of your work. |

| Yes, this is very nice. I agree with Heather on your use of crosshatching. Very good. I also love the way you let the hat kind of go off the top of the page. Very interesting. I look forward to seeing more of your work. |

I love this drawing; nice shading and facial expression plus I love the color combination between the paper and your charcoal.....it is charcoal right?

| It's great to see older submissions brought forward again, otherwise I would have missed this one. What a beautiful piece of work. Ditto on all of the previous comments. Love it! Composition, everything is perfect. |
