I did these 3 sketches while on a vacation trip to Charleston SC, and lovely city. One is a sketch of the harbor there. The water looks like sand.. can't figure out how to sketch water.

One is a sketch of David Leffel, a painter and teacher. I was trying to emulate his brush strokes with a ball point.

The last one.. well can you identify him?

All ball point on paper.

You sketch very well. I often like sketches better than finished drawings. Thank you for sharing.
