Subject: Angel holding my heart

I drew this for my heart doctor.  He saved my life and I wanted to give him something to thank him for his God given skills.  He moved to another town and will be missed.  It is the first time I have been able to do an angel or a face in that fact.  Let me know what I should have done.

I think this a great start. I love the outline on the heart and the contrast it gives to the drawing. I think the angel needs some of this (including the wings) - not an outline, but more value changes, shading, etc. to give it more life and dimension. I also love the simple shading in the background as it supports the drawing well.

ty michele. I really put my heart into this drawing. In the pic I gave him on a bigger paper, I changed the outlines and made them blend like the heart. U r right, it did look better. Appricate the feed back.
