Hi Donna, I like your work. You certainly have talent. Did you do this from a picture or with a live model? The eyes and overall facial features are very expressive. I look forward to seeing more of your work. Leon

Leon, Thanks for the encouragement. It was just what this ol' granny needed. I was a bit nervous although friends have always complimented my work. I was just never sure they weren't just being kind. I work exclusively from photos at this time since I work during the day when most people would agree to sit for me. Besides I am very slow... I hope to post more in the near future.

Hi, I really like this portrait, you have caught the expression very well. The dark of the shadow in the hair above the forehead is great and that same darkness could be used to emphasize the eyes. This has a nice soft female feel to it.

She has such a angel like feel, what a wonderful piece. Her eyes and lips are great. without seeing the reference, I still say very well done Rosie
