I previously submitted some of my oils last fall and appeciated the comments and made some changes that were suggested on one of the seascapes. I have dabbled a little with acrylics and found them hard to deal with but used them as underpaintings on occassion. Recently did several small paintings in acrylics of water, lakes, etc. and they were liked and sold locally. Am submitting one that I intended to have as a underpainting but developed into my "own private setting of a tropical cove." I am not happy with the misty cloudy effect between the ranges of mountians yet love the overall painting as my own dreamlike creation. Some ideas would be appreciated.
