Don't know exactly why but after I completed this it made me think of Monet... thus the name. I think it is one of the most enjoyable peices I have done to date. I don't get out much with other artists, so your thoughts are important to me. Let me know what you think. Thanks.................. Suzette (smurfette... old nickname).

Hi Kim, thank you for responding to my "mini forum". Hope to talk with other artists about art and their lives as artist.  Where would I see your work? Thanks again!  (this is another one. I love color and nature, most days it is fun. Suzette

You would see my work only here on the forum (no website). I think you have to sort by name in the oil category. My work varies quite a bit as I haven't fine-tuned a style yet - having too much fun doing whatever pops into my head or what I want to challenge myself on. I will say that this is my year to produce several pieces that are somewhat coherent so that I have a grouping to show.
This is also nice. You have a good eye for contrast and composition. I love color too, but I haven't tried anything with nature. I'll leave that to you and others.

Very nice work on the lake and the ducks. Good combination of detail and fading.
Like your website too. Great deer! Your brush stroke thing was really nice too.

Very nice Suze! Your instincts are very good...keep painting what you love...and you'll do fine. Remember...a painting can become one of several...in a series that has things that overlap.

I like your soft touch a lot.

I love your work. Very soft and sweet touch. I can see you love what you paint. How calming and endearing both are.

I was impelled by your "Monet" to view your WEB site. How exciting! It certainly got my artistic juices charged up. Your first page is really inviting. The pictures you show are very satisfying to the viewer. I can see you are doing well with your work. Thank you for sharing.
