Hi everybody!

I've got a new painting to post!  Here's my first attempt at a landscape...hope you all like it.  Thanks for the nice compliment on my other painting of the moo cows!

This is the Bluebell Ranch my husband and I took our truck out four wheeling on some old field roads and came across this.  We asked the owner if I could go out and take some reference photos and paint it.  He was more than happy.

It is also painted on an old hog shed door from our friends farm.

Thanks!
Suzanne

I don't quite understand the painting of the tree. It looks like it is falling down, but not really. Can you explain this? The rest of the painting looks realistic, and is painted very nicely. Thanks........Gene

Hello Gene!

This tree was growing up sideways...I loved it, so I had to paint it.  I wish I still had kept my old reference pictures, you would've thought it was neat.
