I like the dichotomy going on in this piece. At first glance, it is a striking piece because of the contrast of yellow/black, but it seems to balance off with the "meatiness" of the flower on the right. I wish I could get a better idea of how the glaze is affecting the piece.

This is good, It really gives you 2 different perspectives of the same object. Just goes to show you what different color backrounds can do for a subject

I like art that is interesting, emotional and may tell you a story or that takes you to a place real or imagined emotionally or spritually either with images or color. As I continue to learn and practice, I hope that my artwork offers this to those who view it. Thanks for the compliments and encouragement!
