I trust every boady had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

This is the last painting I did in 2007, needed something for an Urban Life show for next weekend so I really didn't have too much time to work on it with holidays and family coming and going. Finished this in two days...turned out OK I guess, not completely happy with it, but it'll do for the show.

I love to see postings by JMArtist, because I always know they will be great. And this one is no exception. You really captured the look of a snowy day. Did you do this from a photo? Or your imagination? I love how you have the buildings in the background really looking like they would on a snowy day. Gread painting. Gene

Gene-You embarrass me....go on...
I worked from three different photographs, two of which were bright sunny spring day I took back in May I think!
The other was a B&W photo I found of the Brooklyn Bridge in fog.
