Hi. I am new to Artist forum. This is my first acrylic painting. I usually paint in oils.

I like this one Judy
The style is very appealing to me. My only thought is that I'm not sure how it will look framed with all the blue in the background. I'd almost like to see the painting continued and the rest of the blue painted over. Just my opinion. The edge of the garden in the foreground is a bit sharp.....almost making the flowers look like they are in a hole. Could you post a close-up view of that edge?

Thank you for the reply. I see what you mean about the flowerbed looking like it it in a hole. This was done for a girl at work who now has the painting. It was her garden painted from a picture. I may try to do it again using your advice.
