| This 14" x 11" acrylic was painted for a monthly challenge. A photograph of the original topic is posted and the artist does their own version of the original image.

Sandy, the more I look at this, the more I like it. I may use your idea of the ocean background for one of the variation themes I am planning for different sizes of this to sell locally. I really enjoyed this project and I loved the way everyone looked at this with different eyes. This is just gorgeous Sandy, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hang it on my wall. Sue |

If I was to do this again , I would do it a lot bigger

| How did you get all those soft edges? It looks like you gor some nice bleeding and watercolor effects. I like the looseness! Have any suggestions? Margaret Stanton |

Beautiful. I love the compostion. I think more value changes in the flowers would add interest and depth.

This is beautiful Sandy! I like the different pot designs and the direction of the light....coming in from behind them.

| Hi Michele and Jess...Thank you both for your responses to my painting.
Michele...I thought about having more variation in tone (flowers) but chose not to as I thought it would get too "busy".
Jess...The light was "the thing" for me in this painting....glad you like it too.
Cheers Sandy
