This is my first post - acrylic on 8x10 masonite - I am just learning and see so much talented work - I can only hope to develope a style and learn from your experiences and comments.   Jack

Well I wasn't sure what to expect when I read the title. I got a good chuckle when I saw the painting. My only suggestions would be to maybe darken the corners of the painting a bit more.....and make the dark spots on the owl even darker. It needs a little more definition. But I really like this a lot. Nice concept!

Jess,  Thanks for your input.  I recieved a similar comment from someone else regarding the need for darker areas around the hole.  I plan on doing another when I finish (if I ever do) my dog.  Thanks again - jack
