Hello, This is my first post. Because....I am irritated with ASW Express. When you call them the same recording goes on over and over ..I have waited on this for over 30 minutes and then hung up. I have sent 4 emails and none have been answered. Does anyone know if this company is still in business? I have an order pending and can't get to speak to anyone or any answers from email? Does any one know what is going on?

I've found them very difficult to contact myself. I had quite a runaround when I needed to return a faulty easel. Try dialing extension 500 when you get the automated system. I believe that was the manager's extension number they gave me. And be sure to call during business hours. Good luck!
