Seventy-five two-dimensional works of art and several alternates will be selected to represent the finest examples of painting and drawing being produced by today’s visual artists. In celebration of our very successful first year of competitions, the prizes for this contest are: The three categories for entries are: Oils, Oil Pastel & Paintstiks; Pastels & Drawing/Dry Media and Water Media/Other (Printmaking, Mixed Media etc.). No photography, electronic/computer generated/assisted or 3-D is eligible for this competition. Finalists & alternates invited to participate in exhibit - only paintings actually in the exhibit are eligible for prizes.
