The Diamond Valley Arts Council [DVAC] is a non-profit umbrella arts and culture organization  in Riverside county.  The upcoming Arts Festival [October 17-19] is a great opportunity for artists of every venue to enter their work in a juried competition. Entry Fee for members is $15 and non-members $25.   As of March 1-May 1, the Poster Contest is in place with a $250 award and the winner's work used in all forms of display and advertising for the event. 

The Festival kicks off on Friday  evening, October 17th with a catered, black-tie event at the Hemet Public Library, Hemet, California, featuring the winners of the juried art, artists in action, display, entertainment, music, and outstanding door prizes.
