Hello, All... I carry my sketchbook everywhere, and often draw quick portraits from life in coffee houses, bars, and other public places. My favorite tools are my Bic-Clic and woodless graphite pencils, an electric eraser, a kneaded eraser, (and, yes, my index finger!). The response to my 4x6 works has been positive, and people are always asking or even wanting to buy my portraits. I consider my talent a gift, and frequently give them away or sell them. However, I would like to keep copies of them for my portfolio. The only way I can come up with to do this is to take a digital photo, which is not up to par, compared with the original. Is there such a thing as a "portable copier" that doesn't require a USB cable hookup or an electrical plug (dream on, right?) They make small photo printers using a camera card..... Any ideas???? or am I asking the impossible? I KNOW there are some creative techies out there, and I would appreciate any input.

I don't know much about portable copiers but I think what I would do in this situation is to tell anyone interested in buying it that I would like to take it home and scan it so I could keep a copy and then you can take down their information like a phone number or e-mail address and then you could mail it to them.  First-class mail for something like that would only be about a $1.50.

Not a copier, but a portable scanner. They are not exactly inexpensive, but if they work?
