Hi Everyone, I have a question. Does anyone know about using walnut oil as a medium in oil painting? I ran out of the medium I normally use (Winsor & Newton Artist's Painting Medium), and all that was available at my very limited local art supply store was walnut oil. Can I use it the same way as other oils? Will it be OK to use it on an already started painting? If anyone has had any experience with walnut oil, please let me know. Many thanks in advance!
