One way is to spray the back of the paper with spray addhesive and then apply it to the illustration board or hard surface of choice. It is tedious and complicated. You have to roll the paper onto the hard surface making sure that you smooth out any bubbles. You might try using double stick tape in a criss cross the board and along all four sides...but still it takes a steady hand. You also could pay a framer to do it for you. Not sure how much that would cost...I am too cheap. Why do you want the hard surface in the first place? jp
