Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to watercolor, another student told me that shinhan (made in Korea) are excellent paints. Has anyone had any experience with them? Good or Bad?

Thanks

I  must say I did get a trial set of these w/c's and love them.  They are so transparent, and they can really flow with water and dry as bright as you might want them to.  I was afraid they might be student grade, and therefore contain a lot of added chalk to to stretch the pigment farther---but no--they are pure pigment and very nice.  You just need to experiment with them.  Its so much fun to do so.  Good luck!
