hi all,

i once took some lessons in old master techniques, oil painting...

but, I feel I need some more solid help in this. Does anybody have any ideas about reading material on this subject?

I love the work of Rembrandt, Van Eyck, Tintoretto, Titian. I also love the work of some contemorary artists like Odd Nerdrum, he is my absolute favorite!

Then there's Steven Assael and Reiner:

My educational site where I archive old texts on the subject. Not everything on the site can be put directly into practice, so if you have specific questions about anyhting on the site, let me know.
