A friend  of mine is using  Strathmore GEMINI 140 lb. paper and

says it is great.  I would like to hear from anybody that has experience (good or bad) with this paper. Or , if you have a favorite, tell me about it.

thanks

It seems like all of the reading I have done always pointed to Arches. It is very durable. The trouble with Strathmore is that color lifts too easily for my taste. If you want to do layers, they are easily disturbed.

Hola JoyK

thanks for the input.  I use arches and guarro and have learned

the little differenxces between the two.. But, I have signed up for a workshop with  Tom Lynch and he insists on Gemini (he even prhibits Arches)   ,,My plan is to buy some gemini and do some test painting..

Thanks again
