I have seen a lot of suggestions for using a colorless blender for CP but I have used  a white soap stone pencil. Of course, these were only on practice pieces & I am wondering if on a good piece there may be issues later on. Anyone else ever used it?

Donna,
Why would you want to take that chance? The colorless blenders are made for that specific purpose. That's what I would use.

Donna,

I use the colorless blender as well--I like the way it looks and holds together. Sometimes I use a stump, but I prefer the colorless blender--keeps colors cleaner.--TS
