Subject: Please help with David Kessler limited edition print

4 years ago I received this limited edition print but never really paid any attention to it until now. I just now noticed words at the bottom. In the middle it says "Shaded Overspill", to the left of that it says 64/100 and to the right it is signed by the artist but I could never make out the name. So I looked up "Shaded Overspill" and saw that it was done by an artist named David Kessler. I can't really find any info on this.  No year, price, or anything. Does anyone have any info they can offer?

I took photos but the frame and the flash don't particularly mix.
