its a long story and to make it short, i was brought a babe to rescue, i identified it as a lil oriole, unfortunately the person had picked the bird up and brought it to me from quite a distance, so i could put her back......but after i fed her during the night i contacted a local rehabilitator and she came to take the lil one....i got a loverly note that said the lil babe we released healthy and safe on 7-2 and she included a loverly lil photo that just tweaked me...

so i dicided to do a quick lil cp for the juried show submissions coming up sat.... its just at the beginning but i thought y'all might like to see how i work a bit.....lousy day here raining and dreary and teh weather will be this way all week so the photos will stink...lol...but...the rehab woman named her mabel and verified that she is a female oriole.....audubon keeps tabs on em where i live, so a valuable lil charge has been added to the flock......

morning peeps..just getting an update in...i hope to work on this today...i didnt finish it in time to slip into the submission date last sat, but i will get it done for this upcomings saturday show...er..i hope...

  i have to do a lot more on the lil leg, but i have to begin the wing work today...i normally spend a bit of time on that area because it has to be right..

well i finally finished.....decided,because of time i took out the hand and added the branch...
