It is quiet on the forum today. This is so real I could take a bite out of it. Do you enter your work in shows? Competitions?

Another beautiful piece. I really like the texture of the bread! I have been looking at it for a while trying to figure out how that is done.  Well done.

What amazes me is that this artist excells in various mediums. Usually when I look thru each forum....I can tell from the work and the commentary which medium each artist prefers and excells at. Otiredroc has some GORGEOUS paintings on this site and this sandwhich is fantastic AND his drawing of the Japanese woman is wonderful too. Very versatile talented person we have here.

Thank All!

Heather : I did not want to monopolize all the forum... I am either in competitions, single I want mostrales my work and to share with all.

Raech : I also learn much watching his works... I think that is this, to learn mutually.

Jess : You are right when she says that my work leaves my soul... because if it does not leave there, it would not have sense to do nothing.

I hope to be able to make good friends here.

Otiredroc, I love the sandwich. The bread actually looks toasted! I was directed here by our most recent Artist's Newsletter that came via e-mail today. I'm glad I followed the link and saw this sandwich. It's wonderful. But that wasn't enough--I had to see the rest of your art, so I went to your blog. Heather is "right on" about your art. It is simply incredible. The first painting on your blog is so absolutely stunning it takes my breath away. If it were for sale and I weren't poor, I'd buy it in a hearbeat. I will just content myself with looking at it.

The rest are beautiful as well. I also like the black and white drawing of the woman with the windblown hair. It looks like a photograph. I have to say though, since I'm being honest, that I'm not crazy about your Avatar for this forum (kinda creepy). Although this guy creeps me out, it's very well done. You should use your photo; you are much more handsome than this guy.

Love your art--in any medium. You truly have a gift.

I was also directed by Artist' Newsletter. I took a look at your blog, or should I say... I gasped with delight at your blog. You are doing what you intended with your artwork. Keep sharing!

Coulda sworn that was a photograph. Excellent job on the textures - I'm particularly drawn to the shine on the crust of the bread.
