Absolutely gorgeous. The most important thing about portraits, either people or animals, is the eyes and what a wonderful job you did. I feel I could reach right out and pet this cat!! I love it!!!

| I'm not sure if we're allowed to enter more than once, but if so then here is another entry of mine.... "Tinky"-Christmas card, Approx. 5x7 on Canson with Prismacolor colored pencils. |

| "Thru the Woods" is a 16 x 22 watercolor painting. I received permission from the photographer to use his photo of the horse and sleigh. The wooded area is from my yard and imagination. I love the speed the horse is traveling.

Hello, artisttoni,
You may be having trouble posting an image because you're using the "quick reply" message window. Instead, click the tiny icon of a green pencil on a yellow square (it's on the left after the last post) . You'll see the words "add reply" beside the icon. When you click on this, you be able to follow the posting instructions.
I've sent you a personal email with more information, in case you need it. Hope to see your image soon.
Best,

Here's one of my sweet Himalayan, Shiva. It's called "Queen Shiva" because she looks so regal (and acts it, too! ) She's standing outside in a beam of sun, on an old fence on the farm. I loved the way the light shone through her long hair, and managed to get a great shot that I used for the painting.

Am I allowed to enter more than one? Well, if so, this is another of Shiva, in the sun again, whom I just cannot resist painting. She's just so photogenic!
