If I could help, I would. I seriously do not know. I'm searching through names of old Spanish and Italian masters in my head, but i can't think of one whose style is like that. When did you buy the painting and do you know the artist's origin? It appears to me as if it were Spanish or Italian...but that is just my opinion.
