What is the best flooring material for a pastel studio? All suggestions appreciated.

I'm thinking Pergo. Slick, hard, will not grab the dust. Easy to mop.

What's your subfloor? Painted or sealed concrete is about the least expensive and easily maintained. Linoleum is good...basically anything that is smooth and seamless.
