Is the perspective in your painting off? Is it lacking a center of interest? Now you can post your work on the forum to submit it for possible inclusion in The Artist’s Magazine’s Art Clinic column.

For selected works, a professional artist will offer suggestions for improving your painting and point out areas that need a little help. A slide or high-res image (minimum pixel resolution of 1600x1200) must be provided upon request. Critiques will be posted in the magazine and on www.artistsmagazine.com. Only registered forum users can view and post their work here. Please include the title of the work, medium and size with your submission.

By posting your work in this forum, you are granting permission to The Artist's Magazine to critique your work in the magazine and its electronic products. Only one painting/piece of artwork may be submitted per person every 3 months. An artist may be selected only one time for a critique.

Entries that don't follow these guidelines may be disqualified.

the face needs a bit of lighting even though it is shaded by the umbrella.....
