The skin tones are lovely and I'd only question why she'd not have more light on the left side of her face. You lightest area is on the chest and draws attention away from her face thus I think the left cheek and forehead should have more light on it as well.

The hair is beautiful and I love the reflected light on the right side of her head and neck.

All in all, a lovely portrait that may just need a few tweaks.

Hi Bruce,
I'm always amazed at the beauty of pastels. I really only tried them once, so pictorially speaking, I think the chest area should be colored to match the face so it doesn't pull your eye away from the face-- such a sweet face. Also darken the bodice of the dress so your eye doesn't fall off the bottom of the picture. I really love it.
