I lived in a large condo building in Maplewood, NJ where I had this magnificent view of the NY skyline and the twin towers. I would wake up in the morning to see this view and when the sun set in the west it just shimmered. That is the effect that I tried to create in this painting which was done in acrylics long after the demise to the towers. eyecandy
