I think your colors are lovely. I have one question, is the artist " holding" her pallette ? It seem to be in the air with no support.I like the subject matter too.

She has a plein-air easel with a tri-pod hooked to it. It was visible,, so I left it out. Thank you.

I love the mood this painting expresses. It seems peaceful and tranquil. The water looks still next to the foilage with a slight expression of the foilage in the reflection. The artist in the picture seems to be very relaxed and at ease with her easel. The lights and darks seem well placed and overall I really like the mood this painting expresses. I do agree that the easel is not grounded and seems to be setting on the water or in mid air. I think however the mood of this picture is expressed quite well, thanks for sharing it! Diane
