I am a scratchboard artist. I use black scratchboard, by itself or with other mediums, and I use white scratchboard with many different mediums. I use to paint in oils, but I have been concentrating my energies on scratchboard for the last five years or so.

Hello Mike, scratchboard is more forgiving than you might think. Especially working with a white board where you can scrape off a mistake and start over (it's cleaner than erasing). Black scratchboard is easily corrected by reinking and though the correction looks visable it disappears when it is sprayed.

I'm not sure where I should post my work since there is no scratchboard section, but my avitar is a color scratchboard, though it is ever so small.
