Hi Tracy! Welcome!! To help with your posting problems, it may be the size of your picture. If you check out the Frequently Asked Questions forum, (I think it's at the top of the list) it has suggestions that helped me. I ended up going to www.picasa.google.com and downloading that software. You can then export your picture to a folder and resize it that way. See if any of this helps.
