I joined the forum today from Fredericksburg, Texas. I was an art student in college many years ago, but life sort of happened and I did not do any work again until June of 2007. I started taking oil painting lessons at the local art guild and really enjoy it. I also like sketching, drawing with colored pencils and watercolor. Although I am a graphic designer by trade, I am very happy to have this creative outlet outside of the computer.

I would love to hear from other artists in my local area.

Hi Pam, Just joined this grey morning in Georgetown am looing forward to the artist forum and being able to talk with other artists. We are not to far from each other.
