Hey!

Just wanted to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Savior. Im an emerging artist. Wanted to know if I post my art for you guys if more established artists, or whoever, could comment and let me know how to actually SELL this "stuff." Man is it frustrating when you hear your art is good, then you hear it doesnt cut it, then you hear some galleries want it, then you hear you have to hack out $2000, give or take. What do I do? How do I actually attract buyers is what I mainly want to know? Should I just try to find buyer contacts? And from where? Do I cold call?

I am in NYC so I actually go to shows every night getting contacts and sending my art in, etc... Now I am building up a list of contacts so when my group show happens in APRIL 24th (anyone who is from NYC or wants to visit, youre welcome to come ) I can invite a lot of people. Is this a good thing?
