I've been using pastel paper but would like to mount paper on harder surface.  How do I do a dry mount?

Can't remember exactly what issue but I did see something about that in the pastel journal a while back....I to was wondering the same thing.....I guess you could go into one of the artists blogs and submit a question, I have seen where you can contact the artist for questions but never did so myself yet.....maybe asking someone specific who does primarily pastels is the way to go.

Welcome!
Try this link: http://www.artbistro.com/training/articles/302-how-to-drymount-with-contact-adhesives (copy and paste if it doesn't click).
There is info. on dry-mounting on that page.
Have you tried pastel boards or sanded primers applied to a hard sub-straight (plywood or masonite)?
Good luck!
Mike
