Subject: US Art Magazines Boycott

The US Art magazines unfairly charge a differential when purchased by Canadians.  That is no longer justified given the compartive value of the currency.  I propose a boycott until the art magiznes come into line with the current reality.  There are a few international magazines that now sell at par.  It is time for the US publishers to also come into line.
