I just signed up to this site.  Mostly I use Pastels, but I also enjoy charcoal.  I have been surprised, because I have a hip, fun personality, yet my art is very traditional ....whoda thot!  I am hoping to find some good advice and pointers as I am always hungry for my ideas.

My training has been limited to classes that were very casual in nature because the main focus was that we were all Christians.  Artfully speaking, the best part was that it required me to produce art on a weekly basis.
