Greetings! I will be stopping in from time to time and am looking forward to sharing with you and learning from you.

I work primarily in all drawing media and watercolor, though lately I have been experimenting with mixed media. I started working in oils in my earily 20's, but then the art of living halted my progress as an artist. I never truly stopped working in art, just the business side of art.

I am involved in a group exhibit this month and will have my first solo exhibition starting June 1st at the local public library. This is the same library where I hold open studios for local artists and for the general public to try out professional artist materials. I enjoy showing someone, that has never exercised their creativity, how to play with paint and just to enjoy the process without being critical of the results

Bye for now, keep your brushes wet and pastels and pencils worn down.

Hello Jim,

I look forward to making many acquaintances on the artist network. I will be checking out your website. I was reluctant to add my website to my sig. I was not sure it was allowed. Thanks for the greetings.

What a goof I am. I forgot all about adding the title and medium. Thank you very much and yes it is a watercolor and it is titled "Autumn Leaves". Not very original, but then nothing else seemed to fit.

Thank you Gene for dropping by my thread.
