Thanks Jim,
I' am a member of the 'Big Bend Art Council' and the 'Kate Hoffman Art Assoc.,' which are local Art Association Groups. Because of my work scheduel I don't get a chance to attend their meetings. It's nice to have a forum that's easy to get to. I live in Fort Davis, Texas and between it and Alpine, Texas and Marfa, Texas (3 County seats within 25 miles of each other), the number of artists in the area has increased dramatically in the last few years (BBAC has an enrollment of over a hundred artist), not bad for an area with a population of about one per square mile.
