Lung Tom. I have seen beautiful graffiti in the tunnels in Chicago around 1997. They covered it over, but
left it for awhile so the neighborhood people could see it and take photos. The one I saw had a big skateboarder,
snapping his fingers and the word WHO was part of the piece. It was slammin!
