If you'd like to have a photo of yourself appear next to your posts (as I have, at left):
1. Click on "My Profile"
2. Click on "Edit Profile"
3. Scroll down to the "Avatar" section
4. Click the "Choose file" button next to "Upload Avatar"
5. Select an image from your computer's files
6. Hit "Update Profile"
*Avatar means a representation of oneself
