Greetings all,It has been a long time since my last visit with all my friends here. I have not given up on watercolors but have returned to a form of art I first became familiar with during my years living in Asia especially Japan. Lately I've been refamiliarizing myself with sumi-e ink painting. The scroll is six feet tall--- title "Mountain water"Frog and water lilies are watercolor. The other is practice painting birds.









Lung Tom: Lung is Thai for "Uncle" the u is pronounced as a oo as in loose.

I really like the sumi-e painting of the birds. It must have been difficult photographing the 6 foot scroll. It probably has more detail in it than I can make out on my screen. Good to see you painting again.
