These are beautiful! Watercolor is totally a mystery to me. Your combination of pen and watercolors work well together. Nice study! (I'm not sure what that object is below the containers, but it appears to be well done.)

Thanks Kim, i wish i had more time in India to paint, everything is so colorful and the light is very intense. i only went for 2 weeks and most of the time was spent visiting family.

O sorry, i forgot to answer your question- the object in the front is a beetle nut cracker, many people in India eat that nut when they sit after meals and talk. It is a very hard nut and is an art to make thin slices of that nut, so many households have different versions of it at home.

Thanks Nancie, it was wonderful to go there and see my family, but since i came back i am feeling so behind in my work. I have so many new ideas that i am anxious to start painting.
